Customers have a 2 year warranty on all products. In that case we will offer to repair the product or refund depending on the specific case. Any self caused damages are not covered by the warranty.

We have a 14-days return policy, from the day you received the parcel. All return costs are paid by the customer, and we do not provide a label for return. We recommend that the parcel is sent as a recommended letter, so the parcel can be tracked, as you are responsible for the parcel. The money will be refunded to buyer’s card as soon as the parcel is received. The product must be returned in unused condition including packaging.

Customized jewellery and engraved jewellery can't be returned!

We deliver the package for free to the nearest parcelshop within Denmark.
All product are made by order and everything is handcrafted, therefore the delivery time is 5-14 days depending on which product. 
You will receive an email when the package are in its way. In the email you find a tracking number, where you can follow the order.

If you have questions about the delivery time on a specific product, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

We do ship to all countries within Europe - there will be an extra fee for the delivery.
